NextSTL: New Proposal for Waterman and Clara Goes Before Preservation Board

A new proposal for 5612 Waterman at Clara dubbed The Marigold in the DeBaliviere Place neighborhood goes before the Preservation Board Monday. 4th Street Partners‘s Chris Stritzel of CityScene STL fame is shepherding the project through the entitlement process (getting all the approvals in order), and then plans to hand it off to a developer to build. The architect is Duncan Architecture based in St. Louis.
